1. What this site is
Bitnova is a showcase and education site. We publish guides and explainers about Bitcoin. We do not sell Bitcoin, operate wallets or accounts, and nothing on this site places an order or locks a price.
2. No sales or refunds
Because nothing is sold here, there are no orders, deliveries or refunds. If you arrived from an old link mentioning packages or checkout, please use the contact page and we will point you the right way.
3. Security basics
Our articles discuss general security habits such as backups and cold storage for learning purposes only. They are not financial advice. Never share recovery phrases with anyone, including anyone claiming to be support.
4. Your privacy, briefly
We collect only what a contact form needs: the details you send us and your newsletter preference. We never sell personal data, we encrypt everything in transit and at rest, and you may request an export or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page. Newsletter emails stop the moment you unsubscribe.
5. Fair use
Use the site lawfully, do not misuse the forms, and do not use the content for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction. Messages involving fraud or abuse are ignored and reported as the law requires.
